In recent years, Flam Chen, MMOS and Tucson Circus Arts have been helping our friends in Bisbee to bring in the New Year with a special infusion of festal flair, including workshops, parades and a midnight spectacular. For those of us who haven’t yet made it down for this unique celebration, here is a taste of what you’ve been missing.
